Technology Support



As part of our FarmsightTM strategy, the Vanderfield Technical Assistance Centre (VTAC) has been established to offer our customers a centralised point for over-the-phone support on John Deere Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.

The VTAC call centre will enable our customers to have access to a network of Vanderfield AMS experts, regardless of which branch they normally deal with. The VTAC call centre will also utilise John Deere's Stellar Support Customer CAll Centre (CCC) in the United States for out of business hours support, for the cost of a local call.

This strategy will give Vanderfield customers a single contact resource for 24/7 phone support on John Deere AMS products.

Access to VTAC call centre will be sold as a 12-month subscription. Only one subscription is required per customer trading account (i.e. multiple AMS systems are covered).
